Kansas City Int'l Airport - New Single Terminal
NCI, as a subconsultant to Siemens Smart Infrastructure Division, is providing project construction management and commissioning services for the technology systems for new 1-million sq ft., 39 gate terminal facility at Kansas City Int'l Airport. Work for this design-build project includes the management of the engineering and construction subcontractors, project scheduling, engineering revisions, change order evaluation, commissioning and operational readiness for the data network, electronic security, BMS and fire alarm systems. Smart technologies include smart restroom and biometric and facial recognition screening for a modern seamless travelling experience.
Orlando Int'l Airport - South Terminal Complex - Optimization Analysis
NCI performed technology consulting services for Bermello Ajamil and Partners Architects for the Orlando Int'l Airport. The work consisted of the third party review of the new South Terminal Complex and its operational readiness, including a recommendations for the use of emerging technologies including CBRS Private LTE, biometrics and artificial intelligence.

NCI works for small municipalities and rural communities to provide broadband availability for the unserved and underserved. Work includes wifi access in public spaces and public housing communities.

NCI developed the partnership between the Town of Eatonville and BEEP Autonomus Vehicle Manufacturer to provide first and last mile transportation options for its residents, tourists and businesses.
